Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

3. Product Condition – Vintage / Pre-Owned
Chronological Error specialises in pre-owned and vintage garments. Unless otherwise stated as “new” or “deadstock,” items sold through our store are pre-loved pieces that may show minor signs of age or wear consistent with their vintage nature.
We grade each item as accurately as possible using our in-house condition scale (e.g. Deadstock, Excellent, Great, Good), and provide clear photographs showing the item’s condition.
Please review all photos, sizing information, and descriptions carefully before purchasing, as natural variations, minor imperfections, or signs of wear are expected and part of the garment’s character.
4. Prices, Payment, and Promotions
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Discount Codes & Promotions
Discount codes are valid for one use per customer and cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
Our “10% Off First Order” promotion applies only to the first completed purchase made using the email address submitted to our mailing list.
We may modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
5. Orders and Billing
We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order at our discretion, including those that appear to be placed by resellers or bots.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing, shipping, and contact information for all purchases.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Chronological Error is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique and pre-owned nature of our items, we do not currently accept returns or issue refunds unless an item arrives significantly misrepresented compared to its description.
Please review product images and condition notes carefully before purchasing.
If you believe your item has been misrepresented, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@chronologicalerror.com.au with photos and your order number.
8. Accuracy of Information
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, images, pricing, or availability information are error-free.
If a product listing contains an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, product photography, and written descriptions, are the property of Chronological Error or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
10. Third-Party Tools and Links
